For damages, please email our return processing team at email@example.com, entering Return Claim on the subject line. Upon receipt, we will review the claim for approval. Photos are required to substantiate damage or quality claims. All claims must be submitted and received within 2 weeks from receipt of shipment. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded. When filing a return, please include the following information: Name, Phone Number, Order Number, Quantity, and a photo of the damage or defect.
